Best Yoga Classes in Miami, Have you tried Pilates on the Transformer, and Has Anyone Done Anti Gravity Yoga Yet?

Saturday March 12, 2011

Happy Saturday to my Blog Followers!  First off I just want to say that I cannot believe I've already been back in Miami for over a year! Time flies when there's no snow and fabulous weather all year round!  I just finished Music Flow Yoga at Exhale Spa at the Epic this morning.  By the way, a new Charlies Angles TV Show just wrapped up filming at the Epic the other night.  And for those of you that have read all my blogs, you know I love the Epic Hotel for the restaurant Zuma as well.  Well it's not just a great dog friendly Kimpton Hotel-celebrity- spotting- good-people-watching- amazing-food-and-scene-at-Zuma place, there's also Exhale Spa.  Some of you may have been before whether in NYC or Boston or Palm Beach, etc... But Exhale Spas are always consistent and fabulous with great yoga and core fusion classes.

While I do belong to Sports Club LA, and it's great for its variety of class offerings at times I can actually make with my work schedule, sometimes you just need a yoga class at a yoga studio to really get the whole vibe!  After this week at work, I needed 2 Music Flow Yoga classes at Exhale.  Luckily after doing a core fusion open class with Lauren Wednesday morning (I had one class left from a package I bought when I had first moved here before I joined Sports Club LA), I got an email "We Want You Back" from Exhale offering one free week of classes, so I figured mind as well take advantage.  Jodi's Music Flow Yoga is amazing! The music which is very eclectic but all flows together works with you while you move, the room is slightly warm but a perfect temperature for opening up, and she pushes you on a journey to challenge yourself.  I highly recommend to try her class.  Another good yoga studio is Miami Yogashala on 23rd on the beach and on Coral Way near Brickell.  The Coral Way location is in a little bit of a seedy spot in an old 3 floor building with a minuscule hot waiting room, but then the studio itself is big.  Usually the instructors keep the room pretty warm.  It's certainly not as glamorous as Exhale but it's very "yogy" and has difficult classes!  There was one class I used to go to there at 7:30 PM, and I don't know how to say this without sounding like a terrible person, but when you have a trainer or a yoga instructor or a spin instructor, or what have you, you want someone in great shape, who you look at during that class and think WOW!  There was a certain instructor there who you would think the opposite and that she maybe needed to lose 40-50 pounds, no exaggeration.  Now without going to hell, I'm going to say based on my own opinion that yoga teachers like others should be in better shape.  Now this lady was a great instructor but my yoga was also more advanced then hers.  So moral of the story, your yoga teacher should be more advanced then you and she/he should be in admirable shape.  Now lastly, Sports Club LA, does have a few great workout yoga classes, like the 730PM on Tues and Thurs with Steven.  This class is always jam packed and it's challenging! Steven is in great shape and a true yogee.  My only complaints are it's not warm enough in there, but a recent talk with my Pilates Trainer, she told me they are working on this.  Also you are at  a gym so you don't have that true true "yoga feeling", or maybe I'm just not as good as blocking the gym out or letting my eyes wander while I'm in downward dog through the glass behind me to the gym floor? With that said, the class is about as good as you will get at a gym, and I'm saying that as a compliment.  It is challenging in every way and there are some very advanced yogees in the class which is good for me since I tend to be competitive!

Now lets move onto Pilates.  I used to think I didn't like pilates; I only really knew matt pilates and I would think of "the 100," and how it for some reason works my neck, but now I'm doing Pilates with Darcy- private sessions in the special Pilates room with the reformer and some other cool machines you can only use with an instructor, and let me tell you this is nothing like matt pilates!  You will work muscles you didn't even know.  Darcy told me I'm her most flexible client :)  I love that it works on my posture, my core strength, and building long lean muscles.  You leave there feeling like you got an amazing workout and you know you will be soar the next day.

My favorite line from Darcy is "squeeze your butt.. if you don't know one else will" which may be said while on the reformer with my arms in straps and ball squeezed between my legs while doing an upper body move like a cross on Mens Rings yet in circles while engaging my core, keeping my shoulders down, trying to keep my head relaxed, squeezing the ball in table top and making sure my knees stay over my hips and my legs parallel.  There are some moves in there that bring me back to my gymnastics day, such as this machine where you are almost doing a press handstand with springs below your legs and it's all about balance and strength and control.  There's also this thing I love to do at the end where you put your feet in these furry loopy things and hang upside down and it is such an amazing release.

To finish this post off, I've been seeing a few things lately about Anti Gravity Yoga where the class uses things that look like curtains hanging from a ceiling, something out of cirque de soleil, and when you are in an upside down pose for example you are in the air, nothing on the ground.  It looks quite exhilerating and amazing.

I saw someone on facebook doing a class, and I read about it in Ocean Drive.... and there is a gym in Key Biscayne that has it.  I emailed them to see if you can go for a class or if you have to be a member, but no response.  How rude! The stuborrn side of me thinks "screw them" and then the curious side of me thinks "I should just call them or stop in because I really want to dangle upside down in cool poses as though I'm flying."

downard dogging out,
Lauren

PS-  Congratulations to my good friend, Stephan Morris, for making his dream come true tonight!  He is now co-owners of Vice.  It is next to Set on Lincoln Rd, where O used to be.  Giovanni and I got a sneak peak last night and it was truly amazing inside-- the furniture, the decor, the walls, the lighting, the mirrors, etc... were all over the top! Edward Maya and Vika Juliana are performing their tonight for their grand opening! Cannot wait to hear Stereo Love performing Live! Stay tuned for Vice showing up in a blog soon!  Also, here's the true desription of this new spot:

"Vice Lounge Miami is slated to open soon in the two-story 7,800-square-foot Lincoln Road locale where O Asian Grill and before that, Rumi, stood. The concept; a full service café by day and a hot South Beach lounge by night, is the brainchild of Alex Ringleb and Stephan Morris.

The turn-of-the-century design permeates the atmosphere with chic decadence, from the free standing bar at the entrance and the nightclub’s silver, dee.p red and jet black décor, suitable to live performances by hip-hop violinists and risqué Marie Antoinette-inspired dancers on the stage, to two VIP areas, two full service bars and a private room.

The lounge offers a full-service small plates menu by Executive Chef, Michael Blum — self-reputed for finding the “cure for boring food" — with items such as a Cotton Candied Apple Wood Bacon Tower, Trio of Truffle Fries, Maine Lobster Mac & "Four" Cheese, Corned Beef Ruben Spring Rolls and CakeShooters®."

Vice Lounge Miami, located at 330 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, is open Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. with private bookings available Sunday through Wednesday – a full extended and customized menu is also available upon request. For more information or bottle service reservations, please call 305 981 6552"

Real Housewives of Miami- Overly Confident Woman. Slightly Fizzled Instead of Sizzling.

February 23, 2011

So who watched Real Housewives of Miami last night? It's about time they aired the premier since it was filmed a year ago!

For starters, isn't this Real Housewives of Miami not Fort Lauderdale? Just checking.... Maybe because Larsa spends enough time in Miami with the other wives, she gets a "bravo tv different county but it's okay waiver" !??  Besides that I liked what I first saw of Larsa.  She looks great for having 4 kids and with taking care of the 4 kids, her husband, and managing all the finances, she certainly has her hands full.  She doesn't seem like she'll cause too much trouble- she's all about family but does make time for her girlfriends--- she's kind of like Miami's version of Kyle circa first half of the season.
Adrianna is annoying... such a flirt...one second she's engaged the next second she just has a bf and the next second she's flirting with ten men!? Apparently finding out her husband had another wife while they were still married made her want to be scummy just like him!? She has a little too much confidence and needs to practice speaking English because saying "I'm not any lesser because I'm don't have blond hair and blue eyes...." well that just doesn't fly!  She's reminding me of Camille's evil latin twin who isn't as rich?

Christy is also annoying.... she thinks she's Gods Gift to the World....  Does anyone know why she split with Glen Rice or why he split with her? And did I understand her right when she said she has full custody of 2 of her step sons, so does that mean their real mother is just totally out of the picture and obviously Glen is too?

Marysol's mother seems like she may be on the show more them Marysol.... How awkward when the mother was digging for sex stories from her daughter!? Her face is so plastic looking, yet she tried to say she doesn't believe in plastic surgery!?? What alternate universe is she living on that she thinks we belive her?  I've never heard of her PR firm by the way... anyone?  And lastly how awkward was it when she asked her all female staff how their weekend was when it was Friday? Clearly she is an air head...

"Some people look at me and they look at my husband and just because he's older and maybe doesn't look a certain way....." says Alexia... Deeming herself the "cuban barbie," this woman proves why they are so many higher schoolers out at clubs all night. I remember when I first started going out in the club scene here back in '07 and I'd be out on a Tuesday night at Rok Bar or Mynt, and I'd find out some of these kids were in high school- out till 5 am on a school night and buying tables... I figured they were pretending they were staying at a friends house or their parents were out partying somewhere too or  they were away, but Alexa just proved that maybe a lot of "Cuban Barbie" moms know what their kids are doing but are okay with their 17 year olds staying out all night and going on cruises with their girlfriends.  Instead of lecturing her son about eating healthy so he can be a model and actor, she should focus on convincing her son to wait till he's out of high school to use a fake ID?
Now Lea Black is an odd addition to the group.  She looks like she belongs on the Real Housewives of Dallas, which makes sense because she said she's from Texas but HELLO you are in Miami now, Lea! The MOM jeans you wore at the girls cooking lesson/dinner party were hideous and a major fashion don't with the white button down tied in like a wierd early 90s type of way!??  However maybe her roll is to be the "mom" of the group, the organizer, and she must throw great parties at that house of hers....

Overall, I'm not too wow-ed. Beverly Hills is better, and I'm so sad to say that since Miami is my city, but Dear Bravo maybe you need me on there in a few years with my friends :)  Of course I'll keep watching though.... and the previews look like there's lots of drama to come...

Cameos on the show-
Dennis Rodman- didn't know he still existed?

The Customer Experience Expands into the Medical Field: Spa Environment, Customer Survey, and FLOWERS!

February 16, 2011

I am always pleasantly surprised by a great customer experience!  My first visit a few weeks ago to Dr. Gallardo and Lamos was quite enjoyable- I mean as enjoyable as an appointment can be when your mouth and gums are being prodded at and you are told just how little insurance will cover.... But in all seriousness, the waiting room was serenely decorated with soothing colors, a subtle yet fragrant scent, and candles. I was offered water, coffee, or tea upon my arrival.  When I chose water, I had the option of cold or room temperature.  While I was waiting in the chair for the Periodontist to arrive, i watched the news on the flat screen TV.  The doctor greeted me kindly and did a mini interview with me, such as what do I like about my smile or not like, my favorite foods, etc... It was kind of cheesey but in a funny ice breaker kind of way. I also got a survey via email to fill out about my first visit experience, which I quickly filled out with positive feedback.

The other really cool thing this office does is they email and text appointment reminders! Way better then a phone call or having to return a VM! So simple yet so genius!

After the initial exam was done, I met the doctor in the conference room where I was presented with a few different options.  We decided together on the best option, which included considering what was medically necessary and costs.  By the time I left my appointment, I had my surgery scheduled, my prescriptions written, and was totally in the loop with the gum grafts I would be getting- different from Boston in the fact that they would be using donor gums instead of having to take the gums from the roof of my mouth to sewn onto the receding area.  And they would be knocking me out.  All making for a less invasive procedure and a less traumatizing experience and better healing!

I had to take some pill yesterday morning an hour before the surgery, which made me loopy and relaxed.  I remember being sort of in and out of sleep during the surgery but Giovanni said they told him I was out cold and I was just remembering before I drifted off and then when they woke me up.  Once I got home, I slept most of the afternoon and so far the pain isn't bad at all.

Today I was back at work and I got a call from my front desk that I had a delivery while I was at work for flowers.  I got home and there was a beautiful bouquet from the doctors "wishing me a speedy recovery."  Talk about a great customer experience!!

Lauren

Girls Spa Days: A MUST, Zuma Buzz Continues and always filled with TALL Woman!

Saturday February 12

Hello My Readers and Happy Weekend!

I woke up Saturday morning ecstatic because we just got a cleaning lady and she is going to come every week!  I don't know about you guys but with long hours of work, working out, a social life, and a teeny bit of r & r time combined with a husband that works even longer hours and spends almost 3 hours in the car each day commuting doesn't leave to much time for cleaning!  Very excited about the deal I just scored for $60 a week, thanks to my friends Tonya and Mo's recommendation.  This is going to make life so much easier!!!

So Zuma continues to be THE HOT SPOT!  Went there after work last night with some friends and sure enough starting around 9:00 that place is buzzing! The food never disappoints! Insider tip- the watermelon martini may have disappeared off of the cocktail list, but you can still order it! And no it's not some fake watermelon crap mixed with cheap vodka- its muddled watermelon with top shelf vodka and sake- no sugar or fake stuff- and it's to die for! Ate some of the usual suspects last night, such as the spicy yellow tail, the beef tataki, the rice pot, the heavenly miso cod, etc.... Tried the fillet for the first time which was delicious and lived up to the expectations that the beef skewers, rib eye, and skirt steak built up!  Every time I'm in Zuma, especially when we sit in the lounge area over looking the bar, I'm always amazed by all of the tall women! I mean we live in Miami so I'm used to seeing models all the time and lots of beautiful people, but at Zuma it's as if every tall glamazon calls the others in their pack and makes sure to always be at Zuma at the same time! I think when sitting at a table and looking up, they look even taller! Oh what I would do to be 6 feet and blond for a day? I mean I've tried the blond thing but the tall thing you cant exactly try out!?? For now I'll take my 6 inch Louboutins or my new 5 inch black patent leather hidden platform Pour La Victoire pumps.

So who loves a great massage and a great spa? I mean who doesn't right? My friends and I have instituted Girls Spa Day reoccurring every 6 weeks.  I mean how fabulous is that? We went to the Standard for our first 2011 Girls Spa Day and due to Lisa not knowing the Hammam was coed and getting naked in a bath only to have men then walking in and feeling super uncomfortable and not getting the proper bath experience, we all now have 20% off our next Spa Day at the Standard. What's better then a day that includes a massage, fun in the sun, and wine and lunch with you girlfriends? For all you ladies out there, I highly recommend instituting spa day!

dB Bistro Moderne, Michys in Miami v. Michelle Berstein's in Palm Beach, and a Girl's Superbowl Highlights

Sunday February 6, 2011

dB Bistro Moderne moved in a stone throws away from me in the new JW Marriort Marquis.   Anyone whose eaten at Daniel Boulud's restaurant, Daniel probably, dropped almost a grand per couple.  For those foodies who would prefer not to "break the bank" or at least maybe just a mini bank can enjoy a great meal, in a great atmosphere, with good services (yes I said good service) for about $200 a couple-- the average cost of a good meal in Miami at most swanky places if you are drinking, doing apps, dinner, coffee/ teas, and maybe sharing a desert....  I had the Grouper Aux Epices which was prepared with braised peppers, chick pea panisse, and cilantro.  The famous dB entree is the $32 burger with braised short ribs and foie grass which Mo had, and he attested that it lived up to its reputation. I would definitely go back there for dinner or just even for a drink as the bar area was very nice and spacious- complete with a low bar with comfortable seats at "regular height."

Continuing with good food, Michy's is a hidden gem up on 69th and Biscayne.

Despite the obscure location (although not so obscure- since Soyka and the whole group of restaurants and shops there is only 10 blocks away), it is always packed.  I love how you can half your choice of half or full sized appetizers and entrees, and the food is delicious.  On Friday Giovanni and I went there for date night and we shared the ceviche and tuna tartar appetizers along with the Malaysian curry snapper and the short ribs.  Michy's definitely kicked its Palm Beach asses counterpart. My stone crab crudo and Cioppino entree last night was only sub par. The atmosphere was completely different as well.  While Michy's is eclectic and cozy, Michelle B's in Palm Beach in the Omphoy Hotel was much more old world style.

To cap off the weekend, which consisted of Michy's, Girls Spa Day at the Standard, MBs in Palm Beach, a stop in Delray Beach to meet a few of G's cousins who I had never met before and meet up with Andy, spinning, pilates, and regular Sunday things, was Fado.  I watched the first half with 2 other couples at Fado's Irish Pub.  Yes I was at a pub, but don't worry we had a reserved table and it was surprisingly nice for a "pub." While I had my back to the TV for everything but the national anthem and half time, as I was busy drinking wine and talking fashion designers, Pilate's, lingerie, Valentine's Day plans at Casa Tua, etc.... with the girls, I did watch the 2 important parts.  Now Christine Aguilera looked gorgeous and very polished in her conservative black  dress and blazer.
I spotted her Christian Louboutins from the second she came on screen with the gorgeous sparkly silver cap toe.  From the TV they looked black, and I thought they were the original ones I searched for in NY in December but after googling, they were actually red...even more luscious!  The crazy thing is that by surfing the net, I just found out Christina flubbed a line.  She repeated a variation of an earlier line during the anthem. Now I was too transfixed by her voice, her presence, and her shoes to notice this, but apparently its all over the Internet, especially via social networking sites, and I'm sure it will be big news in the AM.  I wonder what the repercussions are? Will she not get paid?  Will she owe the Superbowl money? Will she lose fans? Did she realize she messed up?

For the half time show, I turned my chair around, tweeting a few times during it.

Fergie looked amazing- not tranny or post-meth addict like she often looks.  Her body looked amazing in her space age, rocker chick, flashy get up with the lace up boots, and her face had a soft look to it- a nice change from the normal harshness she portrays.

Her blond hair was on par and overall she really captured a feminine rocker glitzy look.  Every time I hear "I got a Feeling," I think of my wedding when Giovanni and I walked down the stairs to get introduced into our reception.  My fear of tripping down 30 steps erased as my band played the song, sounding just as if Fergie was performing.  Our bridesmaids and groomsmen surprised us with throwing L & G napkins, Miami club style, as we made our way down the stairs.  It is such a high energy, up beat song.  How can you not love it? Besides Fergie looking Fergalicous, her band was cool-weird space age looking as always and all the martians- I mean- back up dancers were so futuristicly awesome.
The Slash showing up was so funny and unsuspecting, yet worked so well with "Sweet Child of Mine."  And Usher is always a great addition to any performance rockin it with "Lets Get it Started." "Where is the Love" complete with L O V E spelled out on the field, segawayed into "The Time (Dirty Big)" and "Time of My Life," which PS totally brings me back to my favorite movie, Dirty Dancing, and yes I am serious...  The BEPs end with "I Gotta a Feeling," which is another song that I think is hard to ever get sick of.  I think overall the performance showed great on TV, and I'm sure the visual effects were just as amazing live.  Apparantly, not everyone liked the perfroamnce as much as I did according to my quick online research... tough audience I suppose or not everyone has good music taste?

As far as Fado, we all left after half time to get some rest before another busy work week begins, and now I'm enjoying the end of my Sunday night in true Sunday night form, in bed with the TV on.

Signing off xoxo,
Lauren

Daire: Frenemies or Couple in the making?, Riana Thorpe v Chuck Bass, and Berena=Bad Idea

Gossip Girl- Monday January 31, 2011

Bravo Gossip Girl! You rebounded after last week's lack luster return.  I would have preferred if Daire at W Magazine lasted a little longer then half an episode and I am semi-shocked that Dan sabotaged Blaire, and am even more shocked that Blaire did a lot of dirty work to get this internship on her own! Bravo to 3 nights of camping out in Stefano's lobby and faxing her resume to over 300 fax machines in the building.  Did she really mention in her resume she's never worn a scrunchie? And do you think it was Blaire that poured her perfume in the boss lady's coffee?

On another note: Eric and Damien? Weird! And sad! Although Damien is kind of hot in a bad boy sort of way.

As for the other young Van der Woodsen, there are more fish in the sea.  Serena- why do you need to have the guy that's been behind bars ultimately because of you for the last three years? Is it because she's never been rejected and he is just another conquest?  Jail has definitely made Ben rough... and the end of the episode is scary! And Damien using Eric to stay safe(?) or as a decoy is just plain mean!! Serena, just get it through your head that Berena is a bad idea!

Now I thought I didn't like Riana but the fact that she may be sleezier then Chuck and the female equivalent of a womanizer- a manizer if you will- is pretty kinky! As far as the dad hiring Nate's dad, that will definitely be bad dad news! Cheesiest line of the night goes to Nate's dad, "I'd rather live in a half way house then live with someone that only half trusts me..." I think Nate's dad can leave the show and maybe Jenny circa season 1 or 2 should come back- not to be confused with the other Jenny that wears the weird braided extension down to her hips with scary goth eye makeup....

Not really missing Vanessa? Anyone else? Is she going to come back? Do we care?

Daire (Blaire + Dan) have grown from frenemies, to friends with sexual tension, to ruthless interns at W, to frenemies, and now back to a potential Daire in bed???  This is juicy and I love it love it love it! What will Chuck think or will he be too busy with Miss Thorpe or just waiting at her door while she finishes with her previous customer?

Alright to wrap this up-- honorable mentions of the night:
-Serena's dress at the W party- wowzers!
-Blaire's hot pink shorts (already checked Twitter and W Mag tweeted they are from Organic by John Patrick). I want I want I want! And after seeing on twitter, I google'd Blaire's pink shorts Organic by John Patrick and low and behold check it out:
http://coolspotters.com/clothing/organic-by-john-patrick-high-waisted-shorts.
And omg the best part is that I just found them on sale at Barneys from $395.00 marked down to $159! Okay also to be noted, that my husband, who loves Wolford stockings (on woman.... don't worry!) said at the end, "I loved how Blaire wore those pink shorts with Wolford stockings.. they are kind of like the ones I got you." I said are you sure she had stockings on? Giovanni- you are right - the internet just proved it!  Yes you heard me, I said "You are right!"
Giovanni- PS- if you are reading this, I just bought myself the shorts... I couldn't resist.... So if you don't know what you are getting me for V-Day yet, these are pink like roses :)

.... now back to tonight's episode.....

-What was Rufus thinking giving Ben a key to his loft? And Ben is going to be Dan's roomate? Weird! Scary! Bad news!
-Lilly needs to stop being the Devil and get it together!  Bribing Damien with cash after your kids already hate you for being a conniving sneaky face-saving secret-hider crazy woman was not the best idea!
-Missing Chuck Bass even though he's back on my Monday nights... he just is NOT getting enough screen time for me! Producers- give me more Chuck Bass!

xoxoxo,

PS- I'm really seeming to love blogging about TV.... does this mean TV is more interesting then my life? Hmm in general I would say no.... but maybe just Gossip Girl is :)

Addicted to my BBM, Social Networking, and being Connected

Saturday January 29, 2011

Good Evening.  I have some sad news... my blackberry literally just committed suicide, and I am unreachable except via email/ facebook/ twitter that I can check on my laptop... but come on now I'm not sitting at home all night in front of my computer screen!? Thoughts are running through my head like what BBMs, texts, missed calls am I getting right now that I will never know about!??? My contacts are not backed up and what if I can't retrieve them?!

So this is how it all went down... my blackberry is almost always within a few feet from me... yes I am addicted... So I put it on the bathroom counter as I get in the shower.  I'm half way through conditioning when I hear a bang.  I pull open the shower curtain, look down and see my blackberry at the bottom of the toilet. It literally committed suicide!?

I never saw any signs of depression. It got so much love and attention... maybe it was feeling smothered!? I will never know the exact reason of why it jumped from safety on top of my little LV boxes that I use to fill cu-tips etc.. with where it was perched waiting for me to get out of the shower.

I didn't even have to think about quickly reaching my hand into the toilet to fetch my poor drowning blackberry, pulled it out,  quickly ripped off its case, slid off the back cover, and pulled out the battery to empty the water out, patted it dry with a towel and tried to blow dry away the remaining moisture inside of it.  But to my complete dismay, there was no CPR or shock that could save it.  It is now sitting next to me dismantled, hoping that maybe the SIM card is still alive.

It's times like these where I realize how dependable I am on technology.  I mean not like I didn't know that I was, but I realize even more how dependent we all are. I was in the middle of multiple BBM convos, I was waiting to get a text back from Tonya if we are eating at DB Bistro or Zuma and at 9 or 10, and I was waiting for Giovanni to call me back to tell me he's on his way home from work.... Not to mention I prefer seeing facebook updates via my blackberry and I like to always keep everyone aware of what I'm doing via facebook or twitter when I'm on the go...

I remember getting my first phone when I was 15 and my first smart phone when I was 23.  I have never lost a phone or killed one.  I have had injuries and malfunctions where they have needed to be replaced but my contact data and calender and memo pads could always be transferred.  Luckily all my pictures I take I immediately upload onto Facebook.  My calender on the other hand has more things in it then you would want to even know - everything I have scheduled in the next year, reminders of to dos, my memo pad has many important notes, such as my 30 before 30 Bucket List. I just want to cry thinking about everything I may have lost.  I will now feel completely uneasy, antsy, anxious, lost until I get my new blackberry tomorrow morning, which will be a torch, in red I think.

And if I did in fact lose all contacts and my calender, I will struggle to get back as much as I can in the weeks to come.  If you are my friend or family member that is reading this, please be proactive and help me out with an email/ facebook post or message/ or tagged tweet with your phone # and pin if applicable.

Well it is 8pm on Saturday night and it's time to pick myself up, fold this laundry sitting in front of me, dry my hair, pick out a dress for dinner tonight, and try to move on with life.

To all my fellow Blackbery or Iphone Addicts, I'm sure you can understand my pain.

Distraught,
Lauren
